According to a report from UncoverDC, a newly peer-reviewed study in the Journal of Information Warfare (JIW) has confirmed a “loss of control” in New York’s voter database. The study audited voter rolls and found that the official NYXBOE voter rolls contain “hundreds of thousands of illegally generated registrations.”
In July 2021, approximately 2,000 volunteers from across New York were assembled by Marly Hornik, Executive Director of the NY Citizens Audit, and Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., Director of Research, to conduct an audit. Paquette submitted a paper summarizing the findings to the JIW, but it was rejected once by the journal for “political reasons,” as stated by Paquette.
According to Hornik, Paquette’s paper was reviewed by three peer experts from JIW who confirmed that his analysis was accurate. However, they suggested some minor corrections.
According to the report, “New York State voters are assigned two identification numbers. This study has discovered strong evidence that both numbers have been algorithmically manipulated to produce steganographically concealed record attribute information.” The “secret fraudulent phantom voter infrastructure” makes tracking the manipulation difficult, Paquette explained.
“The data uncovered by NYCA’s research suggests that systemic election fraud is built into New York’s electoral records,” reads another excerpt from the report. Paquette hypothesizes that false voters were introduced to voter rolls, absentee ballots were requested by false registrants, and that fraudelent ballots were ultimately cast.
“The exact number is unknown, but it is not less than about 338,000 for registrations active for the 2020 General Election (NYCA [New York Citizens Audit] 2022). If other elections are included, the number of apparently illegal registrations jumps to between 1.2 and 2.4 million,” the report states.
The audit discovered that a single made-up identity had 22 registrations and requested numerous absentee ballots to be delivered to a leased mailbox. The audit also discovered other similar cases.
All 62 counties in New York contained algorithms. 56.93 percent of the voter ID numbers in the state were produced using an algorithm that enables “a hidden attribute tag to be added.”
